Our 30-Day Promise
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Please email our support team at support@tarevo.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”. In your email, please include (1) the name of the item(s) you wish to return and (2) the reason for the return.

Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tarevo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can promptly resolve it and send you a replacement at no cost.
