Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
U.S. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 USD.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier transit issues).
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to other countries in the future.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Tarevo is not responsible for any lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tarevo.com with photos of the damaged item.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
